What do we want to solve?

The aim of this overhaul is to improve the user experience in order to respond effectively to B2B needs and attract more prospective tenants, by simplifying the process for both tenants and professionals.

Understanding and aiming right

Pour ce projet, j'ai commencé par une phase de découverte approfondie. J'ai créé un plan du site pour comprendre les parcours utilisateurs existants, suivi d'un audit rapide pour identifier les points d'accès et les points douloureux pour les utilisateurs B2B et B2C. J'ai ensuite restructuré les niveaux de droits d'accès pour plus de clarté et d'efficacité.

Empathie et définition BtoB - BtoC

After conducting a functional and graphic analysis, I designed the enhancements in line with the new brand guidelines. Two main axes were identified: the paths of B2B real estate professionals and B2C rental applicants.

Priority to desktop or cell phone

For B2B professionals, we've decided to prioritize desktop use. Workflows include registration, login, simplified agency profile completion, step-by-step guidance to avoid errors, rental property and application management, user management within the SaaS platform, personalization of their professional space, pricing and trial versions.

A mobile-first approach for consumers

For B2C applicants, a mobile-first approach was adopted. We have redesigned the home page, the registration process, the property search, the submission of the application with the option of uploading all necessary documents, and the completion of the application. We have also integrated messaging to facilitate communication with real estate agents.

Teamwork

I worked closely with the development teams to bring the project to life. A user interface kit was produced, giving developers autonomy over the components to be deployed. We then carried out a successful test phase, validating the quality of the proposed user experience.
