Engaging volunteers and facilitating their contact with associations remains a major challenge. Associations are struggling to recruit and retain volunteers, while volunteers are looking for a smooth, motivating experience.

Ma stratégie

Discovery

Organization of focus groups with volunteers and associations to identify bottlenecks and expectations, particularly in terms of accessibility of missions and long-term commitment. These enriching exchanges enabled the whole team - the CTO Maxime, the marketing team and Anne-Laure and Amélie, the founders - to fully grasp the user dimension and its challenges.

Product UX

Optimization of SaaS (dashboard, profiles, messaging, missions) to streamline the user experience and enhance engagement. I worked with Maxime on the itineraries to adapt the experience to the personas and make it more fluid.

I suggested integrating the search engine directly into the home page, as well as optimizing the login wording. I also worked on the user and association files, and anticipated the evolution of future functionalities to further enhance the experience.

Identity & UI

Global graphic redesign after a visual audit: I rejuvenated the logo to make it more visible and suitable for both web and print. I also improved the graphic universe to reflect more dynamism and commitment. In addition, I created illustrations and selected visuals depicting active, more realistic people, a far cry from image-bank images. Finally, I implemented a UI kit to ensure a seamless, immersive experience.

Lead Generation

Creation of mock-ups for landing pages segmented by region and sector, to maximize the project's reach and support its national expansion. The layout was designed primarily to meet SEO constraints, with the aim of effectively converting visitors. A targeted marketing campaign was also implemented according to sectors and territories.

Thanks to these actions, the Benevolt platform has gained in clarity and impact, improving the commitment of volunteers and the efficiency of associations.
