What do we want to solve?
In 2022, Arpège undertook a complete overhaul of its website to modernize its image and optimize customer acquisition. The aim was to simplify site administration, guide users to the right solutions, reinforce its visual identity and maximize the conversion of visitors into leads.

Existing UX audit
Detailed analysis of navigation, content and interactions to identify friction points and improve the user experience. This audit highlighted the optimizations needed to smooth the user journey and boost conversion.
Designing wireframes and screens
Creation of a clear, intuitive architecture, integrating Arpège's new graphic charter. Particular attention was paid to ergonomics and accessibility to ensure fluid navigation on all media.
Development and integration
Deployment of validated mock-ups with a focus on performance, multi-device compatibility and SEO. Optimization work was carried out to ensure fast loading and a frictionless user experience.
Recipe and adjustments
Extensive testing to validate compliance with expectations, followed by iterations based on user feedback. Every detail was fine-tuned to ensure perfect consistency between design, navigation and business objectives.
Thanks to this structured collaboration, Arpège now has a modern, high-performance site in line with its new identity, making it easier to connect with its customers and partners.
